At Positive Approaches, Consultancy & Training Ltd we aim to offer organisations cost effective solutions as they strive to maintain and develop services that provide the highest standards to some of the more vulnerable members of our communities.

We believe in and respect the value and dignity of service users and those who strive to deliver appropriate support, often in very challenging and complex circumstances. It is our aim to ensure that the service we provide is person centred, non-discriminatory, respectful, realistic and responsive to individual and organisational need.

Positive Approaches, Consultancy & Training Ltd, offers innovative solutions to many of the complex challenges facing statutory and voluntary organisations and individuals within the field of health, social work, social care, education.

The company was set up in 2006 by John Davidson, Tina Davidson and Barry Richards and is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. We are however happy to travel to all parts of the United Kingdom to support organisations.
