Tina is a nurse clinician with a wide range of experience in the health care sector. Tina is currently working with NHS 24 based in Aberdeen. As well as practicing in a "hands on" capacity Tina is also active in a wide range of other innovative initiatives including coaching/mentoring, clinical incident investigation, quality assurance and training.
Tina is currently involved as an SVQ Assessor in Health and Social Care with Aberdeen College, Business Development Unit.
Tina has an extensive range of clinical experience in the NHS, additionally she has a wide range of experience of management and development particularly in Primary Care, in a variety of settings, including General Practice. Tina has also been employed as an "ad hoc" lecturer with The Robert Gordon University where she supported the development of and wrote materials for their BA in Practice Nursing.
Tina is a partner in Positive Approaches, Consultancy and Training Ltd and is available to support organisations working within the health and social care sector.

- Supported and advised the Practice staff (GP's, administrative and nursing staff) on appraising their future roles and responsibilities in respect of delivering service to their practice population.
